Spring Break Trip

The house was amazing very spacious beautiful set up. Big kitchen area and beds were very comfortable. We all had an amazing time even though it was a short trip but it was all worth it. The kids really enjoyed their self we didn't want to leave. Since my husband is from Orlando but moved to Tallahassee so when he gets a chance to see his family he does so his sister came to visit us one day we was there and we didn't know we had to add her to the list so all it took was for to message the host and he added her with no problem. This was a great weekend we are talkung about booking this house again fir next year spring break but with more days.

Pleasant stay !

We would definitely stay at this house again ! From checking in to checking out we had no problems at all ! Would definitely recommend this to others ! Pool area could use some TLC but one has to remember it’s the outdoors and these places are not rented every week or month so it sits ! Lounge chairs could be replaced and fencing around the pool area could have had a little TLC ! Again nothing that put a damper on our stay !

Great Stay

Overall, great stay! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, a washer/dryer, game room, private pool and hot tub, and a wonderful resort community pool/waterslide/club. Place was clean, just needs a nice deep clean as well as a new Keurig machine, as it wouldn’t power on. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Great place for a large group - we would stay again!

Overall rental was as expected but it was not as clean as other rentals I have stayed in. Several different spots with layers of dust so allergies for some of our guests was an issue. There was also an issue with outside hose turned in while we were away and it was making terrible noise inside the home. They valve was also broken

Hyatt Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Everything was absolutely perfect! Kenny was great to work with. We only had one little glitch getting one of my sons and his family in at the gate on the first night but Kenny got it worked out quickly and we really appreciated it! We will recommend your property to everyone we know!

Fire alarm went off at 400AM for no reason. Very scary for the children and my autistic daughter. Air conditioning hard to regulate. Some chipped dishes and kuerig didn't work. Loved the lazy river.

Wedding stay!

It was a nice house in a nice neighborhood. The only issue we had was the house never cooled down under 78 degrees even with fans running. Thankfully half of the week we were there it cooled down where we shut the unit off and opened up the windows.

Happy overall

Property was clean, rooms are large and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. A few things; the pool table pockets are broken and the keurig coffee maker does not work.

Extended family Disney get together

House was perfect for our weeklong Disney World trip of 3 generations, kids ranging from 3 to 18. Very clean on arrival, and great communication. Only a few small issues- more towels would be nice and we had some loud neighbors a couple nights making noise past the start of “quiet hours.” We’d also love the chance to recycle. Pro’s: nice clubhouse/pool area (we used it once), great location, no pest issues Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

This home was everything it said and more. I had a few issues but, they were resolved right away. Ken and Larry were excellent from beginning to end! I would recommend this home to any large families that may need a home away from home. Would definitely book again!

Not great

The house was not clean. Floors were very dirty, hand rails were sticky, the dust was disgusting, dead bugs in the showers. Half of the tv’s didn’t work no matter what we did. The downstairs was extremely hot, the a/c was not helping. The grill is ready to fall apart. The fridge barely kept things cold. The filter on the water system needed to be changed immediately, the ice machine barely worked. The pool table was broke and the tips were broke off the sticks. No fan or a/c in the game room. You couldn’t control the fans in the bedrooms, some of them didn’t even have the pull string.

Perfect for our family

This house was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. It had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It’s in a great safe community and the amenities were just what was needed for us. Would book again!

Excellent!!

We loved our time here! The house was very clean and just as described. Very clean and comfortable for our retreat. The manager was very responsive and helpful and kind would totally rent here again! Also, if you rent here the clubhouse pools and restaurant should not be missed. This is an excellent property with pools, a tiki bar, cabanas for rent, a golf course. Really great to walk in and explore!

Big enough for all!

The biggest thing about vacationing with adults is to not feel “on top of each other.” This property with so many bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Great location. Be prepared for the security gate access - once or twice it took longer than we’d have liked. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not visit the other amenities within the development.

Vacation stay

The house was large and accommodated my large family of 18. Everyone had their own space. The neighbor was quiet. The neighborhood was within short distance of the stores and the parks were no more than 20min away. We had a great experience!
