Luxury Villa With Private Pool, Games Room and WiFi, Just 20 Minutes from Disney

This luxury villa is a family villa and our family make good use of it, so for us it is a home away from home.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms are en-suites with direct access to the pool area and the two twin rooms share the main bathroom.

The villa is ideally situated in Calabay Parc on US 27, approximately 5 minutes North of Interstate 4, and 5 minutes South of US192. We are 15-20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is less than 5 minutes north and Southern Dunes Golf Course about 15 minutes south on US27. Champions Gate golf course is also just a few minutes away.

There are restaurants, a gas station, a Publix supermarket, chemist and bank just a few minutes away by car and many more eating places on the US192 and Interstate 4. We strongly recommend a trip to Manny’s Chop House which is about 15 minutes south on the US 27 near Southern Dunes Golf Course and Wal-Mart. there is now also a new Manny's which is slightly closer on the US192. There is also a Millers Ale House which is very near on the Champions Gate development.

We employ a management company to maintain the villa to a very high standard to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Of course the management company is always on hand should you require any assistance regarding the villa. This ensures that it is always a pleasure to come home to after a day of sampling the sights and activities that the Orlando and surrounding area has to offer.

The pool (which can be heated at extra cost) overlooks a garden area and has a covered Lanai and pool furniture.The garden is maintained to a high standard by the gardening team who also look after the community planting, and is not overlooked from the rear.
To keep you cool in the evenings there is a fan in the Lanai with a light that is ideal for having a relaxing drink after the day's activities.
For extra security there are two CCTV cameras at the rear of the property which face the doors at the sides of the pool screen.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living room with a breakfast bar; there is a formal dining room and also an informal dining area.

The garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table, Air Hockey. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Its a beautiful home and was really clean but there was some things that didnt work like the pool lights, living room fan the fan in the master room wasnt as strong. Outside we felt like we were being watched because theres 2 camaras. The pool table we couldnt play with because the balls would fall it was broken witch sucked. And the mattress in the master horrible to sleep on. Overall it was a relaxing home and wished we could of stayed longer. And the the neighbors to the left were wonderful as well.

The home was exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I would say our only criticisms would be that it is a little out of the way from restaurants and stuff and the pool is on the small side (but still adequate). We had a great time!

Everything about this villa is as advertised and promised. Both hosts were very helpful; thanks Linda and John If you are looking for a getaway spot thats quiet, serene, tidy, and spacious, this is it.

Nice Place to visit Disneyworld
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt um Disneyworld zu besuchen. Leider war das Objekt nicht unserem Standard von Sauberheit entsprechend. Auch die Balkontür zum Pool war drei Tage defekt. Sie wurde dann repariert, aber mit kleinen Kindern und Wertsachen im Haus war dies doch ein Abzug der Gesamtbewertung.

First time renter - not what we expected.
This was the first time we rented a VRBO. And we were very surprised that for a two week rental we were given one roll of toilet paper per BR and no paper towels. No cleaning supplies (Dish soap), again first time this may be normal...we were just surprised. The house was aged, many items did not work properly...Master shower had mold in the caulking, very poor water preasure and multiple lights did not work. Fan in master shower did not work. Overall cleanliness of the house was not at par to what we expected, talking to others that have rented in Florida. Matress in master was terrible...tried other master and was just as bad. The first week there, the AC went out, called property management 3 times before they finally came out...at that point house was 85 degrees, and ceiling fan in great did not work. House had a pool with a "Birdcage" but gaps in the door opening let some bugs and lizzards in....and cobwebs all over in the cage. The neighborhood is very nice and Davenport is a growing area and close to Disney. But this house definitely needs some TLC.

Great House For Family Stay
This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room in the house, a great quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we needed to stock up for the week. Plenty of sleeping space, a cool game room, and the pool was awesome, especially after a couple of 90 degree days at the parks.

Good location, clean and well-maintained house
Recently we stayed at this rental property and we were fully satisfied. The owners were responsive to emails. Only thing was they didn't provide any supplies - dishwashing liquid, detergent, shampoo, paper towel etc. The local grocery store is close by but having to run right after checking in was slightly inconvenient. Most rental provide the basic supplies.

Perfect Getaway home.
This house was exactly as described, even better in person. The lay out was beautiful. The sofa was super comfy. The game room was tons of fun, the pool! AMAZING! We loved that. The neighborhood was quite and nice. The neighbors were so kind, they even helped us with the trash and recycling. They were friendly and warm. The house was a good distance to everything. They supplied the pool towels. My favorite room was the master bedroom. John and Linda were the best host. Had great communication, were kind , and always checked in. I will definitely be back to rent this house. Thank you for letting us rent out your home.

Villa with a private pool
Our experience staying in this villa was a great one! Linda tge host was really nice and she responded to us quickly whenever we have questions. The area is quiet, lovely, the house clean, and spacious. The house is close by Publix , gas station and restaurants which is quite convenient. Our kids love the pool and we enjoyed it too! On the last day the air conditioner stopped running but there were fans to use to keep house cool. The property management team came in to fix it right away and a/c started working again. Okay, but not many extras and no AC.
The house layout is fine. The rooms were all clean and decently sized. Carpets and couch appeared new. There were basic small appliances in the kitchen. Be aware there are security cameras in the pool area. That prevented us from using the pool as that seems pretty creepy! 3 stars for not having AC during 5 out of 8 nights at this house. No offer of money discount. We were required to work with the management company for a resolution. I did not go on vacation to nag someone else's management company who did not take my concerns seriously. AC tech did come out the first night as soon as called, but then ignored us for days even though I called every day sometimes more than once. Also, the house does not have any consumable items. There is nothing but the hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms. Almost everywhere we stay gives at least a small dish soap/sponge, laundry pod, etc, but not here. Each person got one towel but no washclothes. There was a small bar of soap good for about 5 handwashings, much smaller than a hotel soap. No salt/pepper, paper towels, cleaning products. Just be aware that you have to bring or buy everything but sheets and towels.

Great Value
Easy to find & check in. The property is spacious and therefore great value. Reasons for a 4 star rating - A lot of other properties leave generic bits to wash dishes and tidy up after yourself which I personally find very helpful for both parties, the guest doesn’t need to go and buy full size items for a 4 day stay and the property owners home is left very clean. This property had nothing at all. In addition there are security cameras over the pool, I don’t believe it is legal to record guests ? Also feels unnecessary to have them in this area where people it made me feel uncomfortable

We had a very nice time at this property. It was clean, well taken care of and check in was very easy. We enjoyed the pool area very much. We paid to have the pool heated and the temperature was perfect. We did have to add water once as the pool maintenance company neglected to do it and it was getting very low. There are no rear neighbors so that was nice. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the dryer stopped heating but I called the manager and it was fixed the same day. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and the only complaint I would have is they now allow people to park on the street which is fine, but they would park on both sides and there were times it was hard to get through. Overall I would recommend this property.
