Fourth or fifth time I’ve stated this property and it’s always a nice time. It’s beautiful view, the rooms are nice sized and pretty, and we’ve not had any problems there.

Perfect Location
If you are looking for miles and miles of beach to yourself, this is the place. Great sunsets too. Home is clean with easy access. Will rent here again the next time my travels take me to Waldport.

Cute and comfortable cottage
Met friends here to have a quiet relaxing visit. We liked the amenities offered- updated surroundings, easy access to the beach. We also had a small dog with us, who enjoyed all of it. The only negative is the steep staircase to the upstairs! It is really beautiful, but a challenge for us old timers! We had to carry our dog up and down also. I would warn those with disabilities or even bad knees, etc. But we had a fun stay!!

Wonderful place on the ocean. The only issue was the heater Noise. kept going on and off all night, could not get the fan to turn off. Everything else was above and beyond. Exceptional communication with manager. VERY well stocked with the basics. Will rent again for out of town family.

Spring break
Nice place to stay, located close to Waldport and Yachats so plenty of places to grab a bite. Lots to do around with state parks, sea lion caves, and close enough to Newport to check out the aquarium and area there for a day trip. Plenty fun on the nice sandy beach. Our 2 year old had a blast playing inside the house, going up and down the spiral stairs, and playing on the beach. Plenty of dishes, towels, and basic needs are met at the house. Toilets are a bit finicky but I'm guessing it's due to the proximity to the ocean. We had a hard time figuring out how to lock the door and a cabinet was broken, the manager explained how to lock the door and took a picture to order the broken hinge that day.

Great Oregon Coast Experience
Very nice, clean property with wonderful views of the beach and the ocean. Lots of things to see within a few miles. Appreciated the washer and dryer and the loved the individual room heaters! Not crazy about the spiral staircase but it worked out ok.

Beach Walking
Three long time friends spent five enjoyable days here. Loved walking the beach every day which was just outside the door. Sat on the upstairs balcony to enjoy the view every evening. The spiral staircase was a challenge but we managed it. Carried the small dog up and down. The road noise from being right off the highway may bother some but we were ok with it. The colors of the cottages were cheerful. Our yellow one was easy to pick out from the beach. Loved our visit.

Perfect location right on the beach and a short drive to many shopping areas and restaurants. My family enjoyed the quiet and safe feel of this Cottage. We would definitely stay again.

I would rent this place again!
Place was as described. We mentioned to the landscaper things that needed fixing in one of the bathrooms. No linens for pullout couch, so bring a sleeping bag. Great acces to beach!! Beautiful place!

The home was as described and had all the necessary comforts. I needed to communicate with the property manager during our stay and and it was easy. The best part is the view. We spent hours on the beach or on either of the porches watching the water and the sky. The sunsets were memorable! P.S. Bring a kite!

Perfect stay, incredible view!
First off, the location. Stunning! So nice to just walk out the back door and be at the ocean. House had everything we needed for a 4 day trip! WiFi was great. The dogs had some issues with the spiral staircase the first day, but they learned quickly. Will be booking again!

Amazing!
This has got to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! It was immaculate and beautifully designed and had everything you could need. The view of the beach and ocean were perfect and the soft sand beach was practically empty so very peaceful. I highly recommend! My only negatives were the Evolve team didn’t respond to any of my messages so I had to call them, and the tv in the living room is kinda small and far from the couch, I have old eyes I guess. Otherwise, perfect!

Really great house and location. Very comfortable for family of four. A couple of recommendations for the management company: Door mats will keep things tidy in the entryways. New cookware- the existing is fuzzy, scratched and scorched non-stick type that is well past its useful life. Both easy fixes. We enjoyed it

Overall, a great place to stay, accommodations are nice, direct access to the beach, and close to Yachats and Waldport. Only minor negative is all the bedrooms are upstairs and the access is via a spiral staircase.

Great location, even on a stormy weekend!
Very nicely furnished accommodations, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for beach access and even though right off 101, we didn't notice highway noise at all. Very strong winds our first night rattled in the chimney; spiral staircase (very attractive) challenged our dogs in the beginning, but they managed; lots of pots and pans, but a couple of pyrex-type baking pans (pie, casserole) would be a good addition. Really nice to have washer and dryer in the cottage on a rainy weekend. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back again and recommend it to others, Terrible weather, great weekend!

Great view and easy beach access
Very clean, modern, and comfortable. The view of the Ocean was great. Beach access was easy and close. Our unit had a fireplace which was nice. Both bedrooms were on the second floor. To get to the second floor there is a tight spiral staircase, which could make it difficult for some guests. (This was pointed out in the property description also, so it wasn't a surprise) All in all, one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO spots on the coast. This one is my favorite. Easy access to the beach. It may A little close to the highway for some. And the spiral staircase may be a challenge for others. In our case, it wasn’t a hinderance. The fireplace flute, do note, is really loud on a windy night and kept me up on our last night.

Perfect House!
The house was perfect - on the beach; wonderful views, beautiful furnishings, great location. The house is adorable with a master bedroom view to love. The heat was not working in the downstairs portion of the house and no cell service to call the maintenance person. However, the property manager was completely unresponsive when I tried to reach them. I wanted to extend our stay and followed the on-line information prior to getting to the property, plus called for two days before arriving. I received nothing at all back from the property manager the entire week. Very discouraging!
