« Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya! »

« Property was nice and cottage was nice. The walkway from the cottage to the hot tub/dock could be improved as it was very rocky, sloped and not very wide due to weeds growing. Could have easily slipped and fell there. The dock was very nice although the ladder to get in/out of the water was unusable as 3 out of 4 bolts had rotted out of the wood. We had to get in and out of the water climbing on the rocks which were a bit slick so that wasn’t ideal. Overall the property was nice and the location...

« It was worth the price. The place was modern nicely renovated well kept and clean. We stayed for one night with friends. The place had all cooking equipment and a bbq machine to easily make our meals. The waterfront in the back was nice in the evening and early morning. Clean towels. Clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding sand pillows. Washer and dryer were helpful after coming from the beach. About 20 minutes drive to Tobermory downtown. « Very cute place to stay when you’re in Port Dover. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main area in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street and the host was very responsive. Only feedback I have is that the place could’ve been cleaned in the kitchen better! For people wanting to stay here, realize that there are people living upstairs so you may hear sounds fron time to time. Overall, recommend staying here if you ever visit Port Dover! »

« We were very pleased with the cottage inside , it was clean and met our expectations. All necessities were provided. Our concern was the back yard of the property. As advertised it did have a fire table as well as lounging furniture. The backyard when we arrived was disappointing the grass had not been cut and was very long, no furniture was put out as well the fire table was not outside. When I contacted the property manager I was told due to weather they do not leave out the furniture?? Well...

« We really enjoyed our time here. The property was so beautiful. The owner communicated very well and the house was extremely clean! It even smelled clean! They had everything you need to have a good trip. Loved staying! Thanks so much!! A word of advice: the directions aren’t correct on Google maps, but are correct on Apple Maps. It will get you within a few houses of the property though! »

« I highly recommend this cottage. You can tell it’s new and it was so clean!! We went during the winter so we didn’t get outside much but this is the type of place you want to be holed up in. The gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy, the TV was great for us to watch movies and wifi was good enough to stream and play with our gaming consoles. Overall, we had a very good time here and want to come back 2026 for a summer cottage :) »

« Amy was wonderful host and ambassador for the Port Carling/Muskoka area making some great suggestions as to sights to see. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus!. Any hicups we had were quickly addressed and corrected. One of the best features was sitting on the large dock with a refreshment in hand and watching the antique boats cruising by, all in all a great location for a relaxing holiday, thank you Amy, »
