Spacious living area with small dining and kitchen perfect for 1-2 guests. King size bedroom perfect for winding down after a long day.

Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.

Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.

Getting Around:
Car is best to explore the city but there is a public transportation stop close by.

Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.

2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50

3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Perfect 1-2 Person Stay

Super cute apartment over by the UNO arena and Aksarben Village area. Everything you need is right in the apartment (no washer/dryer but there are places near by!). Parking is first come, first serve but I never struggled to find a spot the entire week I was there. The neighbors were quiet and the complex has a great location with lots to do nearby.

Very cold floor in winter. Set temp at 82. Cold for pet. Housekeeping did not move furniture to vacuum, dirty, I did and vacuumed. No clocks, no tub stopper, nothing to use to bake in oven, but cookie sheet. No pet waste removal from other tenants.

Nice place

The communication was great, although I did have a last-minute change to units which wasn’t really a big deal. As soon as I got here and realize that the air conditioner wasn’t working, they did put a window unit in the bedroom, which made a huge difference, but just in that room as it was not big enough to accommodate the entire apartment. I have a late flight home so they did accommodate me and letting me check out a little bit late, which was nice but overall I couldn’t get the air conditioner below 72°, which was uncomfortable, but that’s a personal preference and they did do their best to accommodate me. Overall, I would say it was a pretty decent experience . And the bed was comfortable and squishy as well.
