« Check-in information could be better. We stayed 3 nights. Second night we had terribly noisy people above us, stomping and shouting until 4 am. Next morning we asked if we could move to another apartment. The young man at the reception was very kind and understanding and we could immediately move (very far from our old apartment). Thanks so much!! The kitchen is well equiped. We loved our stay, except for the foggy weather! »

« The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower....

« All in all a great home. Everything as advertised. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Everything was clean. We'll stay here again. Words of advice, however, there is no wifi on the balcony. We suggested to management that they fix that since we spent a lot of time out there. And, our Verizon and AT&T phones had no signal on the balcony, so be forewarned. Also, the instructions for the wifi in their advance email don't work - pay attention to the directions on the TV in the living room. Lastly, and...

« We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. « The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary. »

We really enjoyed looking at the ocean and opening the glass doors and hearing the surf.It was nice having off-street parking, but there was some confusion about the garage door code. Luckily, we could get into the garage to open it from the inside, so it wasn't a particularly big problem. »

« Both front and back yard have no grass and the 2 car driveway is very narrow so we ended up tracking dirt into our cars and the house. Property was conveniently located and very easy to access. »

« The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again! »

« It started with communication with Mary May. She is very responsive to concerns and questions. I felt that she wanted our stay to be the best possible, ever. If felt great to have that kind of attention, and then the house was in perfect position to use the beach. The upper deck was perfect for the afternoons when it warmed up.
