The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay.

Each room has it's own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you're wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids' room with a bunk bed that includes a twin and two fulls.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with a chair to sit and relax on.
Our smart TV includes access to Netflix & Disney+.
We've also got a few card games to enjoy.
*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.
Guest Access:
This is a stand alone home with guest parking for 2 cars, side by side.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.
Getting Around:
Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
Our home is also walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego
Other Things to Note:
The front house is also occupied. Please do not park directly outside of front house windows
Interaction with Guests:
Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.
