It had everything from the comfort of the beds and supplies to terrific communication with the owner. The microwave died shortly after our arrival. A replacement was in within 24 hours. We took a family vacation to New River Gorge and this house was perfect for us! There were 7 of us plus our 2 pups. The house was clean, super comfy, and really looked just like the posted pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we would need. We appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that there was plenty of glass/dishware to accommodate our big group. We found the beds to be comfy which felt nice after hiking. We loved the neighborhood and the fenced in yard was a real treat for the dogs. The location was pretty ideal for everything we wanted to do in the park. We would come back to stay in a heartbeat! ##### Pamela S.
