« Up front, you should know it’s an older property and is not shiny and luxurious. However, the staff of Gilberto and crew were great. Home-cooked meals and drinks served (you pay for the f&b, of course). It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and beachfront are great. Again, pool is aged, but holds clean water. Our interactions with owner, Marcello, were also timely, fair, and accurate. »

« When we arrived we were greeted by our host. There was a small problem that was being handled quickly. Once resolved our stay was very comfortable. The propywas exactly as advertised. Grocery stores nearby, one easily walkable. Many restaurant options. Puerto Vallarta Malecón and Bucerias only a short Uber drive away. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves one day. »

« This house is in a decent gated neighborhood about a mile from the dining strip and about a mile from the beach. Uber rides were $5-$7 and easy to utilize. The backyard/pool area is totally private. The house is 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs and 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is also1 full bathroom outside by the pool. « This is a small clean safe cute house in a small Mexican neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive. Walking/biking distance to many restaurants stores and beach. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more authentic experience than a reaort »
