La propreté de la salle de bain était limite y compris les murs. La porte de la chambre avait 1 espace de 2cm dans le bas. Pour 1 nuit ça a été mais c'est le logement le moins bien que nous ayons eu en Tasmanie... »

« We wanted a home-like place to stay so my son who is on the autism spectrum would feel relaxed. This Stayz residence was just the ticket. Beautiful beds, well-equipped, quiet, and close enough to the city to enjoy all that Hobart had to offer. We would definitely stay there again. »

« This property is in a good location. It is close to a local shopping centre with a Kmart and Coles supermarket etc. It is only a 10-15 minute drive to the heart of Hobart such as the Salamanca market. The house was good for the 4 us to stay in with 3 decent sized bedrooms with all having a queen or king sized bed. The down side of this property which wouldn't take much fixing is it is not really set up to cook for even 4 people. The only frypan there is about the size of a bread and butter plate...

« Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful.
