« October 11-14, 2024, we rented the “Willoughby” for a family reunion. Let me start out by saying this home is amazing. It looks exactly as pictured based on the website photos. One skinny parking place was appreciated and reasonable for a standard size vehicle (not super truck or SUV). « Despite the rainy weather from hurricane Debby, our family enjoyed our stay at this house/ property. The property was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything. We loved the porch, the dock and the water views. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space to spread out if needed. It was a peaceful getaway. « We stayed here for four days over July 4th holiday. The house is clean, modern, updated and looked new on the inside. Well equipped with linens, towels, bath products, appliances and accessories. Conveniently located to Herrington Harbor marina for events and weddings. Huge fenced backyard which was great for kids and pets to run around. There were a couple of minor issues with the AC (due to a storm power outage) and the guests before us also didn’t take out their trash so the can was full. But...

« We enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, right on the water with beautiful sunset views. I thought the home could have some more seating space in the main living room area, but it worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child). There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the duration of the stay, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the property. We'd definitely stay there again. »

« The property should not be rented. The house structurally is not safe, there are many safety hazards. There is no front door. A storm door is not a door. We felt unsafe at night. The stove was not useable. There is no range to it. You cannot use it without a range above it. There were several outlets without outlet covers and were pulled out, the fridge does not work - it does not get cold enough, the freezer was full of someone else’s food. bugs, mice, everywhere in the basement and upstairs....

« I took my family down for the weekend to see the Navy football game. The house was perfect and as described. The outside space was just as nice as inside and the neighbors were friendly too. We will absolutely rent here again. »
