"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

"This bungalow/cottage in the Rose District of Broken Arrow was in a perfect location for our trip to Tulsa. The home was newly renovated and as described in its listing. It is close to the Rose District and its shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again."

"Matt and Jennifer provided everything you need in this cozy vintage cottage. There was lots of attention to detail like marking of wall switches and wonderful suggestions for dining and adventures in Tulsa. It made for a great relaxing yet engaging weekend.My only suggestion would be an umbrella to shade the beautiful front porch so it could be used to sip coffee in the mornings without the sun in your face. "

"We attended a wedding at the Springs on Skiatook Lake on Saturday. We were able to get an early check in time so we could get ready! It is a lovely cabin with a great lake view. The inside is very comfortable, modern, clean, with everything you needed. The wrap around porch will bring us back when the weather isn't too hot to sit outside and we can enjoy the view. We called about having no coffee except decaf and they quickly delivered more than enough. Family from out of state drove around...

"We wanted a getaway that was peaceful and quiet and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owners thought of everything from spices to coffee to pots and pans to soap to cozy blankets. We will definitely be back!"

"The kitchen is very well stocked. The location was close to all k needed. They were fast and clear in communication. The house was easy to find and get in and out of. "

"This cottage was very nice and relaxing. It is close to a highway for ease of access, but very quiet. The view of the creek out the back is lovely and everything was exactly like the pictures. It is on a shared property with other rentals, but we had plenty of our own space. There was firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove and a few extra small surprises included that were nice to have! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to escape for awhile. Natural...

"Beautiful place to stay! The host was very helpful during our stay. It’s close to a lot of attractions and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!"

"We were in area to visit family. This rental was in a perfect location for not only visiting family but we could easily find shopping and things to do. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept well and the amenities were just what we needed. Communication with Nick was almost immediate and if we had a question or an issue he took care of it. When we come back for another visit, we will definitely book this place again. "
