"Clean facility, extra safety measures(key card elevators) excellent knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was good..cinn rolls, eggs sausage pancakes juice,coffee. Close the KEC. Parking is extra 21.00 a night in the garage next door. Police station next door."

"This is our second stay at Hotel Genevieve this month and it’s truly been the best experience. From the eclectic decoration, to the valet service, everyone has been so nice. My husband has been with me both times, but this is definitely a hotel that I would stay at by myself and not be scared. We actually will be back there for a third time this month this up coming weekend. "

"Wonderful hotel. Fantastic spa. We splurged for the $150 per hour bowling. So fun. The only disappointment was the valet parking. We had planned to self park. When my husband dropped us at the door, the valet asked if we had spa reservations. We did in fact have two. He said valet parking was free then, so we had him valet for us, instead. We got our ticket validated at the spa. When we checked out and got our car, we found out valet is not free as we had been told. So $47 later, we had to pay for the valet even though they offered us the service and represented it as complimentary. They didn’t even discount it for their part in the misunderstanding. The restaurant staff was all wonderful. "
