« The property is beautiful, even in the winter with no snow. We had great views of the Mississippi river and my wife and I enjoyed the break away from society. It was wonderful to listen to the wildlife. There were so many stars out during the cloudless nights as well - and the quiet was wonderful. It was broken every 40 minutes or so with the rumble of a train passing by, which we also enjoyed hearing. The breakfasts were served in room and were amazing as well. « The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The room was quiet, easy to relax. The hot tub was a special treat after a busy day. A microwave and fridge was great, I always end up with leftovers. There are restaurants with delicious food close enough to walk to. The staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The room has a lot of space to store extra clothes, etc, instead of storing in the suitcase. I recommend staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dubuque, IA. There are many things to do in...
