The young lady at check in was so wonderful, knowledgeable about the area and I just can say enough good things about her but wait a minute the young man when I checked out was fantastic . I checked out at 0330 AM and the gentleman was the best . Very young but super professional! My room was already paid for through Expedia and they were trying to charge me and he took the time to verify everything and let know...

« This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!! »
