"We arrived to find the front door locked and no one there. A key pad was beside the door. I had been sent a check in confirmation but it was in Spanish. This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. Next was to find a room. The reception was unattended and we had to search the hotel's paperwork to find that we expected and had been allocated rooms. ...
"Traditional Spanish welcome and hospitality - stunning position, breakfast on the terrace was fantastic
Such a unique pueblo (if you arrive Sunday it may be very busy)"
"Bueno, para nosotras, que únicamente vamos a la habitación a dormir, no estuvo mal, pero la habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos, no había papel higiénico, por ejemplo, y no se limpió ni nos preguntaron si necesitábamos algo en toda la estancia."
"The Parador is located in a very unique place. It is in the National Park, with amazing pine trees, dunes, limestone cliffs, and miles of sand beaches. The views from our room were amazing. And to wake up to the sound of waves and scent of pine trees was an incredible experience. The location is very quiet - there is nothing else but the parador and its protected beach for miles. At the same time, the town of Mozagon with many restaurants is in 8 min drive. But we did not need to go to the town...
"El buffet de desayuno genial, muchísima variedad y todo riquísimo.
La piscina es suficiente, no se bañaba mucha gente por lo que no hubo problemas .
El aire acondicionado enfriaba, un poco antiguo, el único problema las puertas de otras habitaciones sonaban mucho y la del baño estaba embotada costaba mucho cerrarla."
"The staff at this hotel were wonderful - they treated us well during our 3-week stay. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. We highly recommend this hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. We will stay here again."
"We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move.
When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel.

"The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus. The pool area was great for adults and kids. The hotel itself is due for some updates and care. Equipment in need of an update so there really is not much of a gym."
"This is an awesome hotel Andalusia and although feels a little overgrown it is really well maintained and it really feels like you are somewhere special in Spain."
"A little hard to find - look for a small frontage - possibly part-hidden by parked cars - in a long commercial building right on the edge of town, with a gas station at the north (town) end of the long building.
When we arrived around 3.30pm the front door was unlocked but there was no-one at reception - we could hear the phone inside ringing when we tried the number provided by hotels.com.
Eventually we noticed other numbers on the inside of the main door and the first one worked, bringing a...

At the same time, the town of Mozagon with many restaurants is in 8 min drive. But we did not need to go to the town for food: the restaurant at the Parador is excellent and very reasonably priced. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it was a good value at a discounted price that we received. Otherwise, at the full price, it may feel not worth it.
Overall, this was such a unique experience. We will be back next year! "

"Perfect for a night stay. Very clean. Some of the furniture is not new, but it did the job.
They also have an underground parking that was free, as for parking places, I think there were 5 or 6."

"Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended. "

"Very nice hotel, friendly staff, no restaurant on site but breakfast available. Parking's entrance and exit is very tight and can be challenging for big cars and SUVs"
