While this property was very nice and a good location, poor communication from the property left us unable to access the property on the first day until that evening. They had mistakenly placed someone else in the unit and could not get in touch with him to get him to relocate. We stored luggage In another unit and were delayed In our plans. The property itself was nice once we got in but we did have to reach out to request essentials like toilet paper. Not sure if the property was a new listing or new Management but it was not a smooth stay. We requested that we be credited for time lost in the unit and were told it would happen but never received any credit. The management was Apologetic and nice but the credit never came And the disorganization was a frustrating part of Our vacation.

This was my second year staying here. Hope each year this cozy- updated spot is available! Walking distance to restaurants and Rouses market. Owners totally quick to respond and make you feel welcomed! Just love this place!

Super cozy 2 bedroom really close to Freret Street. House had tons of amenities with 2 bathrooms and a awesome living room/kitchen area. Host made herself available and offered helpful information. Because of its location we had tons of options for eating, Bearcat Cafe Uptown, Midway Pizza, Dat Dog to name a few. Would love to stay here again !!

Just be aware that there are very steep steps getting up to the apartment. Once inside, there are no steps and the apartment is really very nice. If you have trouble navigating stairs, this is not the place for you.

This rental was clean, nicely decorated, and in a convenient location. Our only concern was the shared laundry area where the washers and dryers were not emptied in a timely fashion by other residents. The breakfast across the street is top notch, and Rouses Market is a short walk. We also enjoyed walking the few blocks to the street car line during the day without any issues.

Such a cute/clean apartment- close to restaurants/snowballs and ice cream. Rouses down the block. Parking was easy. If no spot in front there is a lot right across street that is free. This was a great find for me! Hope it’s available next summer!

If you decide to stay in an area away from the French Quarter, are familiar w New Orleans, and prefer having a car, the neighborhood is perfectly located…and even without those preconditions the experience you’ll have will be a far more rounded view of this incredible city as it has so much more to offer than being near Bourbon St…

Me and my son stayed here for Jazzfest. The communication with the owner went smoothly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipment and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great! It was easy to get to restaurants and the grocery! We will be back for sure!!

Cozy getaway, home away from home
