For even more adventure, hop on the streetcar to explore uptown, stroll down Magazine Street or even visit other neighborhoods like the Marigny, or Bywater.

Located just steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar Line, you'll have easy access to explore so much of what our great city has to offer! Ride along St. Charles Avenue to view the stunning mansions and majestic Live Oak trees.

You'll also find countless coffee shops and convenience stores within a two-block radius, with Rouses Market nearby for all your grocery needs.

At New Orleans Luxury Collection at 888, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, tooth paste, mouth wash and makeup wipes! Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with our coffee machine or French press with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. Inside your suite you will also find an, Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib (upon request) and free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps). Our suites are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular suite and apply to all reservations made at a New Orleans Luxury Collection Hotel.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding unforeseen circumstance to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOTEL RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property — including private terraces and on the rooftop.
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM strictly enforced
- Rooftop Pool is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.** . There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the hotel and in all common areas, including the stairwells, elevators, and public hallway corridors. Rest assured, there are NO cameras inside any of the suites. Additionally, we have internal sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
*Please be aware that, in accordance with city permit laws, this suite is equipped with a noise monitoring device. This device does NOT record audio; it simply tracks noise levels as required by the city.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID. Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee + filter packs, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
Valet parking service is available daily through an external vendor that shares services with nearby hotels. They require a 30-minute notice and recommend making arrangements prior to your arrival for added convenience. Please reach out for more information after booking.
While we don't have on-site self-parking, there are plenty of nearby parking options we can share with you. Street parking is available, but it's not guaranteed, so be sure to follow all city and state regulations if you choose this option. Fortunately, our prime location is perfect for walking and just steps away from the streetcar, making it easy for guests of all ages to explore with a short Uber or Lyft ride.
