Walk across the building's private bridge and take your dog on a stroll along the beach, or relax on the balcony for an incredible view of Proposal Rock. This comfortable second-floor studio has a queen-size murphy bed and a queen-size futon, along with cable TV, a DVD player, and a huge library of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.

What's nearby:
Located at the south end of Neskowin Village, this condo is a brief walk to two restaurants, a store, and an ice cream stand. A short drive to the north side of the village will take you to Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can get in either nine or 18 holes. Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are a 15-minute drive to the north, and Lincoln City is a 15-minute drive to the south.

*Dear guest, please note that the footbridge for beach access is seasonal. During the winter months, the tides are too extreme and dangerous.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the view, how easily accessible the beach was, and having a kitchen to prep meals. We also loved that it was a very family friendly place, quiet and safe. We would stay here again.

Romantic Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The location is amazing and super close to both a restaurant and provisions store. The beach and view are breathtaking. There were some issues though. When we arrived there was sand and dog hair all over the floor. We had clean linens but I’m not sure if anything else was clean. We keep smelling a strong odor of old dog urine so I think maybe a dog peed under the bed. The blankets are the owners and I don’t think they have been washed in quite some time. We had to use sheets to cover the furniture so we were comfortable sitting on the chair and sofa. This place would be 100% perfect if they deep cleaned it every few month as did more than just a touch up between guests. When you allow up to 4 dogs in the unit there needs to be a better cleaning process as it can get really grimy. We don’t own dogs at this time so it was off putting to have dog hair and smells of urine in the space.

Amazing View!!
This was a perfect little stop for us. This place isn’t super fancy but cozy and the view from the window seat was amazing! Loved watching the birds and people and weddings. The only thing we had an issue was with the cable not working and there wasn’t enough pillow cases for the amount of pillows. We called to report it and no one came to fix it or bring us more cases.

Great View and Value
Great view of Proposal Rock. Very small studio so even the two of us and our dog it was tight. Overall very clean, however, the clean towels smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Small (double bed?) hide-a-bed was comfortable. No linens for futon.

Check in in was simple and the location was incredible. Cleanliness and up keep were an issue.
The location was amazing overall!!! The cleanliness though as well as the upkeep left something to be desired. The futon was ridiculously uncomfortable and the bathroom door didn't even latch when you shut it. There were cobwebs and animal hair all over when we checked in. I know that the listing said that it slept 4, however, I had 2 kids and my husband and it was less than comfortable.

Great views of beach, tides, and sunsets! Easy beach access and great to let dogs run free when not crowded. Access to coastline roads and great birding. Property was very clean!! And well equipped. We cooked almost all of our meals there. Murphy Bed tricky at first but then easy and quick. Comfortable too!! Firm yet sift. Perfect Loved it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Everything was delightful. The spectacular view, and watching the Eagles soar, cleanliness, and the room even smelled refreshing when we entered. I didn't have to fight for the bay window seat overlooking the ocean and Proposal Rock. I hung out there all weekend. We didn't mind the short jaunt to the beach. Both of us will definitely stay there again. Good job. We highly recommend this place and don't forget to stop and eat at H I guess is that okay to Hawk Creek Cafe. We ate there every night because the food was absolutely delicious.

Although cutely decorated the studio mattress was dirty and urine stained. No mattress pad. All blankets and pillows were dirty and stinky. Thankful I sheets were clean and I brought my own blankets.

amazing view but tiny room
the view was great but the room is so tiny and the sleeping arrangements were pretty difficult. I slept on the futon which I got the worst crick in my neck and my son slept on the other mattress on the floor. This mattress went with the bed that was part of a cupboard like a murphy bed but they had a bunch of nick knacks on it so we couldnt unfold it properly unless we put all that stuff somewhere else which there wasnt much room to do that. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need and the shower was awesome. I really cant say enough about the view though. Cute little deck to sit on outside and ultimately that was what I came for.

Beautiful spot!
We enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, breathtaking view! The sunsets were unbelievable as was the weather...55 degrees and sunshine, not a cloud in the sky in late November!! This place is perfect for one or two people but no more. It is one large room with kitchenette at one end, windows at the other. The kitchen was equipped with the usual necessities. We loved the window seat, perfect for watching the sunset. Even though the room is right on the creek with the ocean just beyond, it is more of a walk than anticipated to actually reach the beach. There is no way to cross the creek without hip boots or getting quite wet. There was no bridge so you had to walk around the buildings, enter into the Neskowin neighborhood, up a slight hill to a trail to the beach. It was a nice walk for us, not as nice for our elderly dog. As long as you are aware of this you will not be disappointed. Clean, comfortable, excellent view room, not spacious but fine for two, dvds, games, puzzles, tv, Internet, store very nearby, as well as a nice little restaurant, shopping in Lincoln City, all you need for a beachfront getaway!

LOVE Neskowin!
Neskowin is one of my favorite beaches, because there is so much to explore: climbing up proposal rock, looking through tide pools, playing in the creek, walking through the ancient forest (barnacle and mussel-covered tree stumps that often have tide-pools hidden inside), and if you're lucky and the tide is a minus tide, you can walk or wade into variations of sea caves. For little kids there are shallow sections of a creek that changes its path often, but always eventually empties into the ocean. The condo has a PERFECT view to see all of this from. A big window is a must, so that when the rain or cold comes, you can go inside and still feel like you're by the ocean. LOVED this place!
