This stunning, modern home in southern Nashville is ready to be your home away from home for your upcoming trip! Whether traveling as a family, a bachelorette party, or a group of friends, this home can truly accommodate it all with 3 separate bedrooms offering space and privacy when needed as well as plenty of open and engaging spaces for gathering and celebrating. Enjoy the fresh air and views of the surrounding area on the upper-level outdoor deck providing a shaded space for conversation and afternoon cocktails with lounge seating as well as a high-top dining table with room for 4. A downstairs deck facing the backyard offers even more outdoor seating, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. In the mood for some competition? Tabletop shuffleboard and air hockey games will get the laughs going or turn your fun digital with gaming system in the upper-level game room featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, wet bar, and wine cooler.

On the main level, the open concept floor plan offers ample space for your group to spread out while offering opportunities to come together for memorable moments. The living room includes cushy sofa seating with an attached chaise lounge, as well as a large mounted smart TV to create the ideal locale for an immersive movie night. Steps away, the stunning kitchen features dreamy countertops and bright white cabinetry accented by stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, and all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo.

House was great, location was a little sketchy but no issues. House was well stocked with paper supplies. A small issue with the code not working but was able to call support and get another code to get in, it was a late flight coming in and this happened at midnight so I was extremely happy we could reach someone.

BEWARE…Unsafe Location and Dirty
VERY sketchy area by the projects. Started off by having to wait outside on the deck, not feeling safe, for over 30 minutes because the code they gave us for the doors didn't work and we had trouble getting ahold of someone. Was supposed to be a wonderful weekend with my daughter and grandkids. Instead after seeing how scary the area is, and hearing close gunfire, seeing a man passed out on the sidewalk outside and having to try to sleep to the loud shriek of sirens, they left to go to a hotel after being there only 12 hours! THAT was just for the surroundings!! INSIDE the kitchen and bathrooms were nice but there was dog hair all over the rug in the master bedroom, terribly stained couch and kitchen rugs and dirty white walls, which need repainted or at least wiped down. I typically don’t complain or write bad reviews but when it ruined our weekend with our kids having to move out, I had to say something. We asked for a refund so my husband and I could go to a hotel due to the unsafe area and basically was told they can’t help what happens around us. After I sent pictures of just a few of the dirty spots, they did refund a small cleaning fee, but that was a very small gesture compared to the high price we paid and we were still stuck with the filth and it didn’t bring our kids and grandkids back! We definitely will NOT be back! I definitely would NOT recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have children.

Some suggestions- more towels in each bathroom, tissues, and hand soap that either has a dish or use a pump. Getting into the house originally was a challenge as the code did not work the back door we were asked to use. The front door worked fine once the code was updated. The person on the phone was helpful with this. It was nice to have 3 beds each with a bath.

It would have been nice that in that app it would have indicated that we were very close to the projects a dangerous part of town had to find that out from about 5 different Ubers. Fire trucks, police officers sirens all night couldn’t sleep. I paid a good sum for this rental and to me safety is number one. The master bathrooms door shower sticks and is very loud when it opens, the walls could have a fresh coat of paint. No where to hang your towels after showering.

The house is amazing! There's tons of room, it's nicely decorated with plenty of parking and comfortable beds. The area is up and coming so there's remodeled houses and some sketchy ones nearby. There is a housing project right across the highway however it wasn't an issue- we never felt unsafe. Although it's not far to downtown, I recommend taking an Uber since the streets are too busy to walk. We would definitely stay here again!!

I’ll keep it short.. the house is amazing. However, the area is terrible. Broken glass bottles all over the sidewalks by the house, people ridding up and down the street doing wheelies all day on dirt bikes. The cleaning crew could’ve done a better job as well, it seemed like none of the bed sheets were washed as each were covered in hair and the upstairs had multiple spider nest in the corners of the walls.

Perfect little stay
We came to Nashville for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was a perfect little stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. The beds are so comfy. The location is perfect. All of our Lyft drivers told us it was a bad area but honestly we didn't notice anything abnormal. Nashville itself seems like its rough around the downtown area in general. I promise this house is safe and you will feel right at home. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

Spacious property that was perfect for a group of 3, allowed us all ample privacy. Awesome kitchen/living room area with plenty of seating for dinner and watching tv. Not exactly walking distance to many main attractions but a short uber ride was all it took to get most places. Garage was a nice feature for our van. 3rd floor balcony was also nice for relaxing outside.

Spring break Nashville with teens
First of all, we loved the place and everything was as stated on the online listing! The only reason I rated the area lower was because it’s in a little bit of a rougher section of town, however, we had no issues and it’s nice and quiet, plus close to downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt University, the highway and anything else you want to do! In addition, the reason I rated the check-in process lower it was because our code would not work on the front door when we checked in. As a mom, with her two teenage daughters, in the dark, in a rougher area of town and the code not working in the front door, panic began to sit in . I tried to call the number and they were experiencing a high volume of calls so the automated voice said call back later! Meanwhile, we drove around back and found the garage, and luckily that code worked, and then entered the house via the back door, and the code worked there as well! All in all, we were happy with our stay, and would stay there again, so I would definitely recommend! Just know if your code does not work go around back! Plus, another bonus is that the beds are the most comfortable beds ever, there were games on hand to fill small gaps of time, and the three levels with bathrooms on each level were very nice!
