Welcome to Riverfront Y'all! Total renovation completed April 2022. This 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the Cumberland River has breathtaking views of the river. Far from boring, we've decorated with a modern aesthetic that is complimented with a little eccentric decor and creates an unforgettable fun vacation.

Located on the edge of Germantown, guests have <15 minute walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium! It's Close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for some relaxation and privacy.

My girlfriends and I had a great time in Nashville. Condo was a short Uber ride to Broadway and easy walking distance to Germantown. Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Awesome decor. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats on the river and all the wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from a few restaurants and bars. Easy Uber rides to Broadway and mid town hot spots. Great view of the river while enjoying a cup of coffee provided by the host. Other Nice little touches left for us by the host, along with a map of the area and destination suggestions. Our family stayed here for 3 days to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Went to see Ed Sheeran at Nissan stadium. About a 10-15 minute walk which was nice not to have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed Lower Broadway & all the music. We walked (15-20 minutes). The condo was just as advertised. Everything was perfect. Great trip and we had a blast!

The property was great and in a good location. Parking was a plus!! Only thing I would suggest is a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa and maybe a floor lamp in the living room, it was a little dark and the overhead light was a tad too bright. Overall this is a great property and I’d highly recommend it and would stay here again.
