Then flow right into the spacious kitchen w/ 12 cup coffee brewer, stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. Continue to flow right into the Lounge with more comfortable seating, fireplace another SMART flat screen TV, a fireplace, and french doors to the small fenced-in back yard. And just off the kitchen is a HUGE, breezy screened side porch for enjoying a bug-free outdoor dinner & relaxing between explorations of Music City! The back deck also has an outdoor grill.

Street Parking is also available in front of the house (if all vehicles do not fit in the driveway, accessed by the alley-way)
You must be 23 or older to rent the property; a photo ID is required upon booking via Safely Protection. Before checking in, you required to sign a rental agreement via email for Nashville/Metro policy guidelines. An email address is required for the rental agreement & check in information. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
