Property was nice but overall construction was cheap. Have lived in S. County for years and building overhaul has been cheaply done. Hot water took forever to get to temp, people/staff living upstairs were heard and I was awakened at 5am in the morning. Must be great for the influx of vacationers but not so much for me.
