Very bright and pleasant apartment in all seasons.
Very quiet and efficient ceiling fans in living room and one of the two bedrooms.

Near town center and access to the top of the cliff, living room and kitchen with sea view. .
Many nearby activities: Sand yachting, tennis, windsurfing, ranch and access to the top of the nearby cliff.

Der Ausblick ein Traum
Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter, Kontakt auch vor Ort. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Franqui ein verträumter Ort im März keine Geschäfte offen aber in Leucate alles zu bekommen. Toll für Surfer, Kiter etc.

Die Wohnung ist äußerst gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Hier findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und angenehm. Vor Ort hatten wir das Vergnügen, eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin zu haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!

Excellent apartment in perfect location in La Franqui
The apartment is well equipped with everything (kitchen utensils etc. ) you need for a perfect holiday. The ceiling fans in the living rooms and one of the bedrooms help to keep a pleasant temperature even in very hot weather. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Two bakeries (Boulangerie) at walking distance. Communication with Frédéric (landlord) and Mrs. Amaru (contact onsite) was easy, both speak English. We were there in June 2023 before the high season.

les échanges avec Mr Moureaux se sont très bien passés. Le logement est très bien situé et aussi très bien équipé. en cette période, nous n'avons pas eu de problème de stationnement mais en pleine saison ce ne doit pas être évident.

Appartement propre, au calme et idéalement situé et vue mer imprenable. A 2min de la mer et de l'accès à la falaise, idéal pour se promener et profiter de point de vue . Le parking est également proche. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, comme à la maison. La base des produits d'entretien est présent. Le propriétaire est sympa et répond vite à vos questions.vous êtes par une charmante dame. Une adresse à retenir pour les prochains séjours.

Appartement calme, très confortable et très bien équipé, récemment rénové (entre autres cuisine, isolation contre bruit, froid, chaleur). Très bien situé, vue imprenable sur la mer, proche de la plage. Emplacement idéal pour des vacances à la plage, pour les amateurs de windsurf, kitesurf… ou pour des randonnées à la plage ou sur la falaise. Très bon accueil et contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire. Nous revenons chaque année et nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Accueil sympathique par la gardienne, attentionné : produits ménagers, papier toilette, savon et gel à disposition...propreté, mais il faudrait penser à changer des oreillers. Assez bruyant toutefois (la nuit). Quant au village, il faudrait que la mairie pense à nettoyer les trottoirs et les rues, ce qui se fait partout maintenant, trop d'excréments canins.
