JW Marriott without the price

I had a conference at the JW Marriott which was sold out. Glad it was. This condo was perfect. It was right across the street and served its putpose well. Clean, comfy and not much further than a hotel room!

Nice & clean condo. Excellent location!

We had a great experience renting and staying in this condo. Right in front of the entrance for a public beach. We arrived a couple of hours earlier for the check-in, we called the owner and he allowed us to go inside. The condo was very clean. It has plenty of towels. The kitchen well equipped. Also, there was an umbrella and beach chairs, which it was very convenient to have. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

This condo is directly across the street from beach access adjacent to the Marriot. Close to everything in Marco. Very clean one bedroom. Kitchen could use some stocking improvements like more silverware, coffee cups and drinking glasses. Rental agent very attentive. Nice that it had beach cart w/chairs, umbrella and cooler. Second floor unit with elevator faces front of building. Quiet condo. Nice small pool and single tennis court, but we didn’t use.

Mediocre second rate unclean unit

Although the unit was conveniently located across from the path to the beach, it was on the second floor without the beach views shown in the pictures. The first clue should have been the filth around the lockbox , front door and door frame. The first table as you enter the unit had a used Kleenex tissue on it (picture available) there was another one in between the cushions on the living room couch (second bed). Needless to say we did not touch either that table or couch during our 5 day stay due to lack of cleaning supplies. We don’t wear shoes in our home but wouldn’t suggest this to anybody staying in this unit as the floors are so filthy that our feet turned black walking from the entry door to the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, not to mention all the sand everywhere on the floors. We had to get used to ruining our socks whenever we were in the unit. No bath mat! Had to use a towel on bathroom floor and next to bed to avoid getting sand on the sheets from the filthy floors. Even though the instructions for the unit on the desk said to rinse your feet and beach chairs before entering the unit, the beach chairs and beach equipment were so full of sand everywhere, we elected to not use them and photograph them as well. All pictures have date and time stamps from within the half first hour that we arrived. Sad that this unit could have been an average unit had it only been properly cleaned before we moved in or even while we were there but no one seemed to care. We reported this to the owner and his 7 word reply was dismissive and insulting. We will not use Evolve ever again.

Good location to restaurants, beach etc. Bed and furniture comfortable. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the balcony. Good parking Daily price was too high. Wouldn't pay that price again. Key to get in to apartment difficult. New lock needed. TV remote was confusing to use. Maybe set wrong? Guide opened at channels 400s' instead of 2,3,4 etc.

Perfect spot

Great location directly across from the beach access. Central to both north and south activities and restaurants. Enjoyed the location very much. The owner was very responsive on our first evening with us having difficulty getting the tv to work, showed up within 15 minutes.
