Recently stayed at Somerset Westview Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The food was great. The neighbourhood felt pretty safe, quiet, and had a few malls and restaurants nearby. Our friends living in Nairobi recommended it. The service was ok. The room was large and had all the amenities you would need.

Give this place a try! Very nice!

It was great. My main two issues were some annoying light flickering (seemed like a fire alarm) above my bed. I have experienced this a couple of times now. And for this stay, there must’ve been some construction that started perhaps around 8am. That woke me up. But overall, it was a great stay, and I suppose if construction has to be done, 8am is a fair time. I was just jet lagged. Server, Becky was great, and their bartender, Collins was great as well!

The staff at this hotel are professional and courteous. They were accommodating and room service was quick. The gym attendant was very helpful with the workouts and helped with workout by making exercise suggestions.
