Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, with so much to choose from. Only problem was that the airconditioning in our room didn't work and I didn't know how to contact the staff. It was very hot and I didn't sleep well because of that. But other then that the hotel was amazing and the views stunning.

Little water leakage in the shower area, the room is very small. Useless for setting up a swing inside the room which cant sit on it. Got dirts on the towels. Luckily I was just staying one night. Indeed, staff are nice and helpful.

Überschaubares, tolles Hotel. Super für Aktivurlauber. Nach dem Berg tut die Sauna gut. Torbole zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal. Hier kann man seinen Urlaub schon mal verbringen:-)

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal, ebenso war unser Hund willkommen und hätte sogar ins Restaurant mit gedürft. Das einzige was uns nicht entsprach, waren die harten Matratzen, aber das sit wirklich das einige was wir auszusetzen hätten. Tolle Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, nette Weinauswahl an der Hotelbar.

Bedste hotel vi har besøgt
Lige fra det tidspunkt man træffer ind på hotellet føler man sig meget velkommen. Rene pæne værelser (savnede dog et skab til vores tøj), store altan det gav mulighed for at tørre tøj, dejlig stor seng og gode hovedpuder. Morgenmaden er helt overdådig, alt er lækkert frisk lavet og hjemmelavet og laves på bestilling. Personalet er venlige, imødekommende og kommer hurtigt ned til bordet og spørger om hvad man ønsker. Tillykke til den chef det har valgt så gode medarbejdere.. Der er mulighed for mange spændende gåture oppe bag hotellet, det ligger i et skønt område med udsigt til søen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang vi skal løbe Garda Marathon

Rundum super. Tolles Zimmer, modern und schön gestaltet. Toller Ausblick auf den See. Das Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Bsp..wird morgens das Rührei frisch zubereitet. Auch der Wellnessbereich läd zur kurzen Erholung ein. Die Lage ist gut. Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, da man bis zum See einige recht steile Treppen bewältigen muss. Auch mit dem Auto ist der Weg zum Hotel recht beschwerlich. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und schöne Gemeinschaftsräume! Die Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den See sind sicherlich super schön - unser Ausblick fiel auf ein Gebäude, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Das Zimmer roch leider etwas unangenehm, was möglicherweise von der Einrichtung oder dem Badezimmer kommen kann. Die Dusche war undicht, sodass jeder Duschgang einen kleinen See im Badezimmer hinterlassen hat :( Alles in Allem aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
