Located in Mystic/Stonington,Ct. with enough notice, we can accommodate 24 guests comfortable. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, king size poppy bed,2 full baths, walk in curb-less showers with heated floors right into them. Full high end kitchens, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, elevator, gazebo, grill,picnic tables and fire pit.
The space
This unit is 1 of 4 that I own. The location is close to downtown Mystic but far enough away from the congestion. Private parking, keypad entrance, elevator upstairs to the 4 luxury apartments. You won’t find anything close to this for luxury and hospitality in Stonington/Mystic. Just read the reviews of The Net Loft of Stonington “C”. That unit opened 6/21/21 and has received super-host status with 19- 5 star ratings.

Our guests can access all the common areas inside the building and the fenced off area with the gazebo, grill and picnic table
Other things to note
These apartments are above my flooring company Mystic Coastal Flooring. We are opened Tue-Fri 8-5 Sat 8-12 and closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire,CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well-being is our number one priority.
