Microwave, Dishwasher, cabinets, and just updated Bathroom!! an NEW LVT flooring, furniture, Drapiers lighting and repainted!!The best view of the ocean, sunsets, Pools, and the famous Ocean Annies!! When you book with me this is the room and views you get,I took the photos from your condo, if you book thru SOC your are assigned a room when you check in!! of what is available! After your travel here you don't want to be looking at another condo or have to look around the corner to see the ocean!! You could be in what we call the horseshoe again looking at your neighbor!!!! MY condo is a one bedroom efficiency with two Queen beds, sleeps four. You are in what we call restaurant row! Literally 100's of places to eat! But if want to enjoy the views and eat on your balcony we have a new flat cooktop!
Save money eat in, full bath with private vanity! Indoor and outdoor Pool and lazy river! Also indoor hot tub!! Suntan at the beach or by the pool!! The place was ok not the cleanest I also seen a fight right under where I stayed where a man's head was bleeding all over the place I would not recommend it to anyone else and the rest of my family that stayed also will not be staying

Condo (was actually a hotel room) was misrepresented! Very very old furniture, dirty and not the photo depicted in VRBO listing or verbal description. Obviously not taken care of at all. Too many problems to list. Would never stay or recommend to anyone. Would be embarrassed. Have traveled extensively all over the world for work and pleasure staying in hotels, resorts and condos, and this is by far the worst. A DUMP by any review. The owner should be ashamed. The only saving grace was the facility location.

We always try to stay at the Ocean Sands. It’s close to everything. And Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar has a live band every night ! What fun!

Bill is awesome
We have been to this location 3 times and booking with Bill and his room had been the best. He was there to meet us at check in and actually was able to let us check in early. He went over details and was very personable. We with definitely be booking one of his places at this location again!

Great Stay, Great Spot!!!
Bill was amazing! He was able to get us in alittle earlier. The location was perfect, you can sit on your balcony watch and listen to the band at Ocean Annie’s, as well as look at the beautiful ocean. The pools and lazy river was amazing! We had the best stay and will be back! Everything was exactly how we wanted it to be.

The unit we rented was clean, Bill was very nice. The only complaint is I wish they would require guests going in the lazy river to be on an inner tube or floatation device, couldn’t enjoy it for the kids in there acting like it was a pool

Perfect Location
We visited Bills place for vacation and Carolina Country Music Fest. It was a great stay and Bill was very attentive. Parking was super easy and the bell hops were very helpful unloading our luggage. This service along with the gorgeous views of the ocean, pools, and Ocean Annie’s makes this the best place to stay in North Myrtle!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner very nice and willing to help. Great location and plenty of things for the kids and adults to enjoy on-site. Burgers from downstairs at River City not bad either. Live music downstairs til around 11pm every night we were here.

I booked only a space with kitchen/table for eating, full size refrigerator. The property owner moved me to the "executive suite" which was not as listed for what I booked. Lots of things rusty. No stove/oven to cook (as I had planned). Mini refrigerator. No luggage cart for the tower I stayed in.

Perfect location
Perfect location we cooked everyday to save food and he had he kitchen supplied with everything needed the view was amazing it smelt super clean like oranges and he even met us super late to check in we did not get there until about 8:45 Friday night. I will definitely stay again. This condo is the perfect location right by the grocery store and access to any restaurant. I enjoyed the view and music from ocean annies.

We were scheduled to stay on May 16-23, I contacted the owner that we were bringing a service animal, my friend has PTSD from a brain injury and the dog is licensed as a service animal. He refused us to come and canceled our reservation with NO refund. This is against the ADA law and we will be following up with a lawyer.

Great View
The owner met me for early check in at the condo making sure if I had any questions. Room was clean and had everything needed. The balcony is great for evening sun and perfect for hearing the band at Ocean Annie’s. Awesome unobstructed view of the ocean facing South! Hope to stay here again.

The condo is located in a nice area. It was fun over-looking Ocean Annie's. The condo could use some updating and definitely needs some basic condiments and daily supplies. ( I wasn't expecting to make a few trips to Walmart.) The building itself is pretty old and musty smelling, but clean in appearance. Bill was awesome to deal with....very accommodating and friendly. He answered all of my "touristy" questions immediately.... and really helped out.
