The perfect condo, in the perfect location, and the perfect beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is located in a fabulous family oriented area of the Grand Strand. Lots of free parking (both side of the street) free inter net, indoor pool and spa, and a nice outdoor pool. We are located 5 minutes from restaurant row and all the activities at Murrells Inlet, Garden City and Surfside.

The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family. The parking was so easy and plenty of spaces! Access to the beach was quick and easy. Folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this unit!

Super Condo
This location was very clean and had every amenity one could ask for in a place to stay. The condo was decorated very nicely with two recliners and a TV in the three bedrooms and living area. Great view of the beach with nice chairs on the balcony. Just not enough adjectives to describe how nice the property is.

Very clean, great hosts, only minor issues
Stayed the week with my family. The place was very clean, well furnished, easy access to the beach. I would have preferred larger cooking supplies, as it was difficult to cook for 6 with 2 small skillets and 1 pot, but we made it work. The only real issue I would point out is that none of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The thermostat was auto set fairly high, which was fine during the day, but got a bit stuffy at night. I spoke with the host about a small issue in the kitchen, and he was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we had a great family trip.

We loved the view of the beach. Very clean and updated condo! We wish the beach was a little wider. they rent chairs with umbrellas out front, so you have to keep behind from all that, so it filled up quickly leaving little room to spread out

Beautiful Condo!
This place is great. Modern interior, modern appliances, all of the furniture was comfortable including the mattresses (can't speak to the bunk beds) and the view is awesome. The balcony was spacious and it was nice to be able to see and hear the ocean whenever you want. Very convenient location, right on the beach. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. One of the two elevators was under maintenance during our stay so check in was a little slow due to everyone arriving right around 4:00. But the condo staff was very helpful (and friendly) and assisted everyone so the process went as quick and smooth as possible. Communication was not bad by any means, but a little confusing at times. The information sent in the app regarding obtaining parking passes and the wifi was not 100% accurate, but we were able to figure everything out. All in all, a fabulous location. We highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

The Condo was Fabulous!! Would Love to stay again! The area is Perfect! Only concern with the building is once the office is closed, if you are at indoor pool/ hot tub, there is only 1 door to get out. This seems unsafe in case of emergency. Overall it is the Perfect place

Perfection
This is by far one of the nicest/cleanest condos I have rented of all time (I go to the beach at least 3-4 times a year). I got so lucky to be able to live in the gorgeous condo while I was on a travel nurse assignment. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and I hope to be able to stay there again sometime in the future.

The condo was clean and updated. A beautiful view of the ocean. We arrived on Wednesday and the office was closed so we could not get a parking pass the first night and was a little worried about our cars without a permit. A little more instructions on check in would have been helpful. All and all it was a great vacation and I would rent the condo again if I want to go to Garden City.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was, by far, the cleanest and prettiest place that I have ever rented from VRBO. Everything was so tastefully decorated and it was well stocked with everything you would need. ( I always take everything that we need for the week, from salt and pepper to hand soap, but everything you would need was there!) We all slept so well, the beds were very comfortable. And the view was perfect as well! Contact with the host was easy, and response was quick. Check in was easy too! I would definitely stay here in the future!

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Great vacation for our family. We did a deep sea fishing trip, sunrises on beach, tour of Plantation home, and lots of swimming in the ocean. Loved everything about staying here.

We had the best week at this property. I would only say it would be nice to have a wifi separate from the main wifi for the whole building in order to stream/watch internet tv such as netflix or amazon prime. wonderful stay and will come back again! thank yo uso much for a great vacation for our family!

Great Family Spot
Condo was well appointed and recently renovated with all amenities that one would need. Great location on the 11th floor. This is a family friendly location with many children utilizing the pools, hot tubs, and on the beach. Elevators can get busy during check in/check out (not uncommon to wait 10 mins), but resort staff present to keep people moving and carts available to make trips easier. Limited parking directly in front of condo, but accessible auxiliary lot just across the street. Two main bedrooms are of good size and beds comfortable, third bedroom designed for smaller children with bunk bed. Unable to access applications of the smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, etc) and took some time to reset/figure out living room cable box, but once it got working, all was well. Internet is provided throughout the tower and is of fair quality (3 MB download/1 MB upload). Minimal issues with browsing, checking emails, but was unable to consistently stream video or move larger files. Hosts responsive to questions/concerns and provided local eatery and entertainment recommendations. Lifeguard is posted on beach directly in front of condo, which gave us some reassurance as a family with young children. Tip: beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent from lifeguard and other personal umbrellas/tents must be positioned behind the row of rented beach chairs. This area seemed less crowded on the beach compared to closer to the pier or further north towards Surfside. Fireworks set off on beach around 10 pm nearly every night, but did not bother our kids when they were asleep. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. This was an affordable option with great location compared to other local units.

This was the most convenient and beautiful vacation spot for my family (2 adults, 4 kids under 10)! The view was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone in the living area and to eat together. The hosts are amazing and give great suggestions for things to do nearby. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect Getaway Spot
This condo has been nicely renovated and was extremely clean. We immediately felt right at home. It is the perfect location for the South Strand. Garden City, Murrells Inlet and Surfside...close to everything you want/need to make the perfect beach getaway. We saw dolphins every morning and enjoyed the view throughout the day & evening. We would love to make this a yearly getaway.
