« The Little Pine Cabin was perfect in every way. It is in a wonderful location; easy drive only a short distance from downtown Highlands. Prior to our stay the hosts were in touch on more than one occasion with suggestions for restaurants and places of interest. We couldn't have asked for better communication from them. « The house is very well kept, clean and supplied with everything you need. Very cozy place. The bed is fantastic, sheets and towels of excellent quality. Kitchen utensils and appliances are well stocked. We had a great time there. The owner is responsive and attentive to every request. Also very friendly. We were just a couple. But there is plenty of room for more. I highly recommend it for a small group. »

« The view is just as described-absolutely beautiful. It is very serene and you feel like you're alone up on the mountain. The hot tub was a great place to end our evenings. The drive is just as others described...treacherous. I wouldn't try it without 4-wheel drive. Communication with host was great! If you are a larger person, you may not be able to get up the winding stairwell to go to the upstairs loft - FYI! »

« We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this charming cabin! Our family of four felt right at home thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds and the cozy, rustic vibe of the house. The fireplace was a highlight for us, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Highlands, making it so convenient to explore the area.
