We got back to our room on the first night and our room was not made. We were never given instructions when we checked at the front desk.When I was about to call housekeeping, I saw a message alert on the phone. Who still usess that???? weird and how you have to call for your room to be cleaned!!

I got a bit scared when the cleaning staff came to knock my door heavily late at night when I clearly specified that they could come tomorrow morning. Other than this, the place is okay.

It was a very cute property. Very clean and mostly quiet despite all the construction on wilshire which isn’t the hotels fault. The location was perfect nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood across from a park . Two block walk to coffee shops , restaurants and a few blocks from Rodeo and shopping. Elevator was very slow. I wish the amenities were better, complimentary coffee and the sweet little bar was never open. But close to everything you need! Clean and quaint.

Everything was super nice. Room looked new. Nice pillows and sheets. Nice towels and carpet. Incredible location, landscaping and scenery. Very relaxing. Please clean up 21 pool in evening and ensure at least a few towels are available for morning swimmers.

"When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund."
