« The room was seriously lacking in many things we take for granted: no coffee pot, no facial tissues, electric lamps did not work, furniture was old and shabby . . . just not up to a 5 star experience in any way except the staff. Those I met seemed genuinely concerned, but unable to make any real changes. Housecleaning staff needs to be fired and new ones hired . . . which I understand for all service industries today . . . that is a real challenge. »

Whirlpool bath doesn't work as listed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths to wash dishes. No extra blankets or throw blankets in livingroom. Only one firepit outside so you must share with the other apartment in the duplex. It wouldn't take much to dig another firepit for »

« Our family gathered to celebrate a 50th birthday party. 6 adults and two boys (6 & 8) stayed at the property. We had 8 extended family members join us for the party. With that many folks it was easy to gather for a meal but with plenty of room so that it was not crowded. 4 star rating because of lack of towel and luggage racks. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room was very nice to have. »
