« We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having...

« I was a little worried about area but host assured me it was ok and safe. She was willing to do what ever. I went inside fell in love. Very clean, reasonable price all accommodations you could ask for. She had dog pans, leash. She has thought about everything I will stay again 9.5 out of 10 for me »

« We have stayed in this townhome 4 times. This place was a gem to find for us this year. Every time we came to visit our son in college we stayed here. Laurie is so easy to work with and the townhouse is so clean well stocked and quiet. I will recommend this place over and over again! »

« This is THE place to stay for any activity and especially for Equestrian Events. Lynn was great and helped us with local places to eat and check out between events. There is a fantastic dog park within minutes of the home. Its was very calm, quiet, and relaxing. The pool, hot tub, and Grill were very welcoming after a day out!! « this was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much this time as the last time. It is such a cool house with a lot of character. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, the bathrooms are nice, and the beds are all comfortable. the Internet was having problems while we were there, but outside of that it was perfect. It is especially great if you were showing at TIEC, it takes 10 minutes or less to get there from the house. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was extremely clean. We saw bunnies from the deck. Our only concern was the quality of bed linens which was not good. The sheets were rough and scratchy and there was no top sheet. We only had the comforter to cover up with and it was too hot. We did try to reach the owner to request different linens but they did not return our calls or emails. If the linens had not been a issue we would give this house a 5 star rating in all areas. »

« The property overlooks a beautiful lake where we enjoyed seeing the geese, a crane, and even a turkey visit. The house provided great space for us and our dogs. The kids loved the game room. It is a convenient getaway with Shelby just a few minutes away and Gardner-Webb University being about 25 minutes away. Definitely will come back. »

« This place is amazing. Great owners and very attentive and communicated really well. A brilliant place if you have dogs because it has a very large totally enclosed garden for them to gallop around in. Great location for TIEC. We will definitely be back. Thanks you guys. »
