We did have an issue with the app that gives us the door code so I highly recommend taking a screen cap before you get there. The King bed was firm and the other beds were plush and comfy. But between the spare mattress under the King bed and the very large comfy curve around couch. There were plenty of sleeping spots for our party of 6, ages 14 and up. It is also an easy drive to Branson. It is near the freeway, but has a quiet country atmosphere. The living room furniture and beds were amazingly comfortable. We loved the modern touches. It has everything you need to make meals and we loved the little extras every where in case you forgot something. The air hockey table was a lot fun. The bidet, heated seat, and lighted toilet were a favorite as well. You can hear normal footsteps at times from the tenants above, which did not bother us. If you are a light sleeper there are earplugs and Alexa can play white noise or rain sounds to help you sleep. I loved watching my favorite Netflix shows on the huge TVs. Only one suggestion… I would have loved an outdoor chair to drink my coffee in the morning. Overall this was an excellent value for the price, we really enjoyed ourselves. ##### Gizelle T.
