« We stayed at Ft Abajo when driving from Albuquerque to northern Utah. The house has a fabulous location and view of a golf course and mountains. We sat out at night and observed the MANY stars in the sky. The house was spacious and clean. The decor and kitchen were a bit dated and the shower was small. For us, none of that was a big deal. I would recommend! »

« We stayed here passing through to the Canyon Lands. It was just one night but it was convenient for us. Nice place and lots of room. Everything was good and I’d recommend it to others. Only downside was grass had been mowed and was left in the parking area everywhere. Also the cat was cute but under your feet as you tried to get in and out. But thanks for the stay »

« This low-key setting, dark-sky setting was easy to access but felt remote. The stars were magnificent. We used Joe’s lower camping area, so come self-contained. There is a fire ring, plenty of wood around the property, a picnic table and porta potty. Great for when you want a reserved spot to semi-boondock. Joe was a great host and easy to communicate with—we enjoyed our stay for the annular solar eclipse. »
