« Sehr gute und genaue Kommunikation. Vermieter kümmert sich super, war sogar extra vor Ort um zu fragen, ob alles passt. Originell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles da, Ausstattung hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Treppen waren angekündigt und für uns kein Problem, ebenso die Nähe zu Straße und Bahn. Insgesamt top, unbedingte Empfehlung für alle Mobilen mit sportlichem Hund :-) Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. »

« Eine Woche dort Aufenthalt als zentraler Punkt für Erkundung im Radius von ca 1 Std Autofahrt. Die Entscheidung war top getroffen. Ruhige Ferienwohnung ( wobei wir dort nur morgens und abends gegessen und nachts geschlafen haben ) Jeden Tag in jede Himmelsrichtung unterwegs. Die Gegend war vorher so gut wie unbekannt für uns. Jetzt können wir was sagen bzw genau hinhören, wenn jemand von Bautzen, Görlitz, Zittau Gebirge, Dresden, Umgebindehaus, Sächsische Schweiz, Bad Muskau spricht. Wir wissen...

« Der Vermieter hatte meine Buchung übersehen, ist aber weder durch mich noch durch FeWo direkt erreichbar gewesen, er hat weder auf die Mails reagiert noch ist er ans Telefon gegangen. FeWo direkt hat mich bis zum letzten Tag hingehalten und war nicht bereit, die Buchung zu stornieren, obwohl ich keinerlei Kontakt zu dem Vermieter herstellen konnte und keinerlei Auskünfte von ihm für meine Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe erhalten habe.
