I called the owner who was very apologetic and offered another place within the area. Unfortunately, it was only 2 bedroom. « The property manager was very flexible when we screwed up our reservation, much appreciated. The space was very clean, and the location on the west side was great for us. The unit is quite full of the owners property, in closets, whereas normally you would expect a VRBO to space to be more barren, but that certainly isn't an issue just surprising amount of trust they have in the people renting the space. « This is an amazing place to stay at. Three bedroom/three bathroom and all the amenities. The downstairs entertainment area was large enough for every one to relax and have their own personal space and still watch TV w/o any issues. « The VBRO was a perfect fit for our weekend in Sioux Falls. The apartment was clean, quiet, and easy to get to for shopping. We did not receive the code for the VBRO for check-in, but Chris was very quick to respond to me and get the code for entering the VBRO. « It was so nice to stay in a home instead of a hotel. We are a family of 12 so having a space that we could all gather and enjoy our time together was amazing. There was a small issue when we checked in but it was quickly corrected. We did purchase additional toilet paper and garbage bags. « My sister and I were in the area for a family reunion and found this fantastic place to stay. It was perfect! The open area has a kitchen and living room, so great place to prep, cook and hang out. Separate bedroom and a comfy pullout in the great area allowed two nice sleeping areas. Bathroom is very nice and the entire place is clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again! »
