Imagine yourself staring out onto glistening blue water beaming from the back porch of this recently renovated, contemporary mountain home. Tucked in along Smith Mountain Lake's shoreline, this quiet little alcove is known as Sunset Point. With convenient restaurant access, you can walk to dining and a marina to launch your boat or fuel up - ideal for summertime fun.
The bright living room is furnished with a large sectional set, and the family room has a sectional downstairs in the game area with a pool table. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with ample cabinet space, a coffee bar area, and large appliances. It even has a bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and kayaking (two kayaks provided) or just relax in the chairs on the dock. The dining area overlooks the lake and the back decks offer a grill and alfresco dining space. An office on the main level is ideal for remote work, with fast WiFi provided.
The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lake, where you can take your coffee each morning. The lower level offers two bedrooms overlooking the lake and an additional bathroom.

There is no use of the boat lift or slip. Bring your own boat fenders and life vests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
