Entire downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to exit 30 off I-90 and a short drive to Utica, Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, or the Adirondack park.

Shared driveway with parking for two vehicles in-line, on street parking is also available from 4/1 - 11/1. Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, 1 futon, 1 queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Free high speed WiFi internet.

Note: There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment

Wonderful apartment close to everything!
Dealing with our host was great. I had to change dates and he was very helpful. The apartment is large with all things needed to cook. I loved the electric fireplace and huge TV in living room. I was mining so the entrance to hang jackets and boots before entering house was fantastic. Plenty of space to lounge and rest. The kitchen was great to cook. I love eating my own food so this is important. All the stores are literally 5 minutes away so you can buy good to cook everyday so it’s Fresh. I hope to come here every time I go mining. I love it so much.

Really nice apartment. Clean. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Went in the winter and there were some drafts that we blocked with a blanket. There is an upstairs tenant that we never saw but did hear moving around on occasion. Hope our laughter didn’t disturb them.

This place was a good stay. The pictures were accurate and it was actually bigger than I thought it was going to be. The town was nice and quiet. It was a little farther from Cooperstown than I anticipated, but we enjoyed it! I would recommend it to people I know and would stay again!

Fun time with friends near Herkimer Diamand mines at Mohawk Valley mining.
Quaint neighborhood to walk in and look at the old buildings. Location was close to my friends family, and Canal Boat Cruise. Mohawk Valley Mining, and Howes Caverns within an hour drive. Overall stay was good. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with what you need.

Located close to everything we were looking for. Easy to find. The place is clean and the layout perfect. The table could be bigger as it doesnt accommodate a large grou. We were a group of 11 women. If we ever travel back to this area would come back here to stay. The driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles. In the winter months you cannot park on the street. I

Due to a sudden death in the family we had to cancel this trip at the last minute. I did want to rate Jacob as he was very responsive to our questions and answered them thoroughly. We hope to reschedule this trip next year, the Lord willing.

Lovely apartment close to the hall of fame
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location. Spent a couple of night there with my wife, our son and our dog. It was a short ride into Cooperstown. We visited the baseball hall of fame and a couple of breweries. I’d recommend Liz’s Diner, it’s about a 3 minute ride from the apartment, good food with a local feel.
