"This is a relatively new build, that is very spacious, but still feels a bit unfinished. Pluses: Lots of space. Updated appliances. Steam room and hot tub. Gorgeous views. Minuses: The parking area and walk to the door was a giant mud pool: very difficult with kids. The water from the tap has softener in it and gave us stomach issues. The water from the fridge smells. Bring bottled water to drink unless the owners tell you that something has been fixed. The fireplace was not working. We were told literally less than 24h before check-in, and as we were already on our way to Crested Butte. Negotiating about that with the property manager felt like being bullied. It required arbitration from VRBO and made our check-in immensely stressful. There weren't enough comforters and blankets for all advertised beds nor enough hot tub towels for all guests. Max occupancy numbers need to be lowered, or more blankets and towels should be provided. A dust pan would have been nice as well."
