Maravilla 2105 is a ground floor unit in building two. While there is a small view of the water from this unit the biggest perk is the amazing ease of access from the beach, pool and condo. Guest have commented on how much they appreciate being able to walk out to the grills, pool car, beach and more. In comparison to our other building 2 units, this one is significantly lower in price making it a favorite for anyone who prefers ease during vacation.

***Maravilla will be having exterior painting done thru Spring Break. Updates and painting on the balcony side of our building are completed and will not disrupt guest use of balcony***

A note about supplies:

Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
