« We were looking for a quiet getaway in November, and this one was perfect. The owner allowed our pet Border Collie, and the property had a fenced yard. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was close to a large green space one block away for playing catch with our pup, and a short walk to the beach. We will certainly consider staying at this property in the future. »

« The Purple Pearl is a lovely house in a great location in South Bethany. Even off season we enjoyed the amazing screened patio (with infrared heater!). The house was comfortable and had everything we needed as a family. »

« I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Ocean views from nearly every room. Communication with the owners was excellent and all the codes we were given worked the first time. Superb stay; thank you. We will definitely be back. »

« Rented this beautiful house for our annual fall golf trip. There were 8 of us and we were all totally comfortable in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable (not one complaint from anyone). Plenty of room for 8 grown men to spread out. Less than 30 min away from all the golf courses we played (most of which were in the Berlin area). All communication with the owner was perfect with prompt replies to my multiple questions....

« This house has everything you need and more! The whole group that stayed here had a GREAT time and everyone wants to come back already. Everything went according to plan and all was set within the home, we did a lot of different things around town but also hung out and took advantage of the house!
