Summary:
LOCATION: Villa Bella by Roami is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

The Space:
Chic decor, a central location in the middle of the city, and just steps from Biscayne Bay—this is Villa Bella. The pool, hot tub, and spacious outdoor patio make this home ideal for relaxing and entertaining with friends.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 12 guests in 7 beds and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The indoor dining and bar area has seating for 11, while the outdoor dining area has seating for 6, and includes all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the private 14'x14' pool (4' deep) and outdoor patio featuring a propane BBQ, 6-person hot tub, and more.

PARKING: There is free parking available for 2 cars and additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 12 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Soo. I feel like I paid way too much for this place. Firstly, when you walk in, the first room is a sunroom. The photos online shows it fully furnished and can be a sitting area with a swing. It was an empty sun room.. the bedrooms and living showed rugs but there was none . It’s supposed to room 7+ guests, but the couch in the living room seats two, and then there are two wicker / lawn chairs on each side.. wasn’t great for any movie nights .. then you get out back. The pool was green and filled with leaves, and had no filters. I had to request management to send someone out to clean the pool, which they said was cleaned prior to us arriving but it looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months considering the condition.. it took the pool crew to come out two days out of the three days we were there to get it blue, and look like the pictures online.. I took before and after photos but it doesn’t give me an option to share photos.. one of the windows has a crack in the dining room, and the living room floor boards are raised and can be a hazard. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad, but very overpriced in my opinion especially for where the area is located and how it’s misinterpreted with photos they have of the place..

Company called me a WEEK before to cancel original house and we had to then scramble to find a new place within distance of all our already booked plans. New place was smaller, couch had stains all over it, elevator was broken, place smelled musty, floors didn’t seem very clean and overall was not the experience I expected. Pool area looked much nicer in pictures. Showers were hard to figure out and the barcode that was suppose to show you how to use them, didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t use Roami again. New reservation was at 250 Collins ave which they also manage.

Outdated but clean
Place is very outdated and falling apart. Pool area is unsafe and not ADA. Communication with management when we left. Was unsatisfactory: They did not fulfill request of electronics to be returned at my expense. Just ignored. Avoid this rental. Read previous review. I still gave the place a chance. I do not recommend you do.

Management, A few FYI about the property. (I assume you don’t live in property so may not know) I think you may have termites. The back bedroom had many dead bugs on the windowsill in the supply room. The floor in the main living area is dangerous. We had a guest with heals her shoe got stuck in the lifting floor and she hurt her foot. Also walking on the floor in bare feet turns the bottom of your feet black. We mopped several times the mop didn’t turn black but our feet did. The kitchen needs kitchen towels, potholders, and a few more dishes. We had a party of 8 and needed paper plates fir everyone to eat. I agreed to pay for a dog due to intense cleaning after we left and I understand that, so I was sad to see dog hair in the sun room before the dog in our party arrived. The pool and hot tub were dirty when we arrived but you sent someone out quickly to clean it — thank you Our last night someone took out the large trash cans but put them in front of the driveway. Leaving us to get out and move them when we returned back to house. One fell over and we were all dressed up so picking up trash was annoying.

I came here with 9 of my friends for a chill and relaxing spring break. We arrived and were met with a terrible experience. We were forced to stay for one night before we could leave early and try to get a refund. We booked a different place as soon as we arrived, it was that bad. Here's the list of things that went badly: ● Broken window in the dining room ● Absolutely no furniture in the front room ● Refrigerator does not work, there is no filtered or ice ● the kitchen is unfinished contained moldy dishes ● Mold found on the ceiling in the bathroom ● No beach towels, although it was listed as having 12 ● Photos showed there was an outdoor shower, but there is not one ● electrical wiring hanging down in back patio ● misrepresented furniture in all rooms including missing rugs and lamps ● Misrepresented outdoor furniture in the back patio and around the pool. ● upon entering the house, the floors were not entirely cleaned we found the front bedroom and kitchen had sticky floors ● The fencing in the pool area is not as pictured appears rusted ● The light switch in the front bedroom does not work ● Alarm system does not work ● Stray cats and ducks in front yard ● no throw pillows or blankets in living room ● Advertised as having 5 bedrooms, but there is only 4 bedrooms and no office, therefore does not sleep 12 guests ● smells like sewage ● Handy man was present upon arrival ALSO, the beds had human hair all over them as if not washed after previous guests left.

The house was very fitting...location was great. Two areas of concern but not a show-stopper... 2nd bedroom are [from front of house] water pressure very low & side water sprays did not work. Second concern...in the dining are and bar top...there is a loose/uneven floor board...created a 'tripping hazard'. Thank you for your hospitality.

Pros: Easy check in and check out process. Awesome place for large groups. Definitely a great place to stay for short trips. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available. Laundry available. Plenty of towels. Enough beds to accommodate 10-12 people. Central AC is a life saver in that heat!! Cons: There are some damages on the flooring, one bathroom does not have a door, other bathroom has a see through door, pool is not clean, TV does not work, hand soap/dish soap dispensers doesn’t work.

We were all very disappointed when seeing this property as compared to the pictures. The neighborhood is dirty. there is a vacant place next door that looks like a crack house. Ducks walking around pooping all over, also cats walking around the yard and once there was an opossum by the pool. The pool was not clean. The hot tub worked sometimes and not at all at times. Had to call on both of those. Sometimes the jets worked and sometimes not. It wouldn't stay hot. No one ever came to clean it. The gas grill did not work. Someone came to fix it but still only 3 out of 4 burners worked and it would only start with using a lighter which they didn't provide. No utensil for flipping burgers. They said they would bring one and did not. my husband ended up burning his hand trying to cook on that The first time .The floors are uneven as if they are warped in the living room. And different levels from room to room. One person twisted their ankle! All the bathrooms are in bedrooms with no access to a bathroom without going through someone's bedroom. One bathroom has a glass door. The gate never locked. They said parts were on order. Upon arrival the front door would not lock. They had to come and fix that. The only two good points in my opinion were the deck with two large tables so we could all eat together out there. And walking distance down to the Bay for sunrise. Although the area is not the cleanest to walk through. Planes fly over every few minutes so it's very loud. If I had seen this in person prior to booking there is no way I would have booked it. This was my first time using vrbo and my last because of this experience. I would not trust the way things are represented.

A very easy check-in process and had tons of space for the group that we had. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the water/AC/wi-fi was great throughout. The kitchen didn't have a ton of equipment but there's plenty of great restaurants nearby to get food! Would stay here again.

Overall, we had a really nice experience at this property. It was cozy and clean and had plenty of room for our group. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and we LOVED the dining room wall covered in palm leaf patterned wallpaper. This property is a really nice and central location from the airport, to the beach, to the restaurants and bars on South Beach not taking more than 15ish minutes to get to and from each. We had some trouble getting all the burners on the grill to turn on. We made it work with about half the grill but this should be looked at for future groups. My only really complaint is that during our stay the gate at the end of the driveway did not and because of safety reasons, we reached out to have it looked at. Though it was really easy to get in contact with someone at Sextant and despite them letting us know someone would be out the next day, no one ever came out to check the gate or follow up with us.

The house itself was nice and clean, we all fit comfortably. Just upset that we couldn't enjoy the pool since some of the family have allergies to cats and their were 3 of them that was all.over the outside property regularly. I guess they live there and we weren't informed in advance about that. If you can deal with cats this would be the property for you

Me and 5 buddies stayed here and had no real complaints. The house was great, as advertised. Slightly cooler weekend, so we made good use of hot tub. Overall house and rooms were clean. And though some of neighbors' houses were a little unkempt, they did a good job of hiding you from that. Never a far trip to all the different places we went to. Only improvement would be how often trash bins are emptied; it was stated that only done every Sunday. So we had almost all 5 trash bins full by the time we arrived Thursday night.
