« This is a lovely spot right on the beach. Mexico Beach is not very built up, but everything you need is either right across the street or a short drive away. If you enjoy biking, drive out to Cape San Blas and the State Park. The only concern with this condo is that you need to be able to handle lots of stairs. But this home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well supplied. Thank you for a great stay. »

« This is a newer home that was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the golf cart was the cherry on top. We were close to everything including the beach and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars! »

« Home was clean, and exactly how the listing described it. There is a small, but nice view of the Gulf from the top deck off of the bedroom. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all conveniences of home, and there was ample parking for our car. Would definitely stay at again in the future! »

« Could not have asked for a better experience! All the amenities and more. Kitchen fully stocked, fun board games for all ages and plenty of space for a family of 7. Walk to beach was easy--shorter than most resorts we've stayed! Highly recommend!? »

« Trip was great! Very relaxing home with great views all around. Relaxing on the front porch or roof top brought on some amazing views of the gulf. Met a few of the neighbors around the home and everyone was super friendly which is what brings us back to Mexico beach multiple times a year. Brought our bikes down and enjoyed riding to the nearby shops and of course Mango Marley’s. Home was perfect for our getaway and plan to be back next year! »

« Ray's Roost was the perfect home for our family of 9. Easy walk to the beach, and close to the local restaurants, and shops. House is equipped with all of the items you need during your stay including beach supplies. Thank you for a great stay! »

« Absolutely loved our stay!! The house was clean and still smelled new. Plenty of space for our family of 6, good variety of cookware, very nice pool, and one of our favorite parts was the lift that takes all your luggage up and down so you don’t have to carry all your stuff up and down the stairs . Definitely recommend renting the golf cart. You can’t drive it across 98 but there are several parking areas and then you just walk across the street easy peasy! We would 100% stay here again. « Overall, great! Do recommend. We have a few positive suggestions though. Pool was in need cleaning/chemicals - cloudy daily & after 1st storm, filled with debris. Need a 2nd covered outside garbage can - our apologies to the cleaning crew as we had no choice but to leave 2 bags inside. Need more salad forks & teaspoons for littles to use as well as more plastic plates/bowls/cups. A detailed list online as to beach chairs, tents, etc. Info list of what's where and maybe local recs for places to...
