« We had the best time on our family vacation. The house was spacious and so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We were close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. Even though we had problems with the wifi, we were able to contact Vacasa and they helped us repair it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon. »

« It is a very nice rental, plenty of place to sit inside and out. The open kitchen/living area makes it fell a lot larger and like it isn’t cramped. A few spots the floor boards are coming up(in kitchen) and the bathtub on the second floor leaked. It is a quiet beach with not a lot to do, if you are looking for a calm place to stay this is it. It has a short walk to the beach and nice pool area. We did see cockroaches but they were only outside, which is completely normal for any beach...

« Property was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Area around pool could use some TLC but rwst of house was wonderful. Really enjoyed screened in room at back of home. »

« The house is Bigger than it appears in the on-line photos. The beautiful beach is just out the back door. It was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a hose outside, but an outdoor shower and walkway from it to the steps would decrease the sand in the house. Loved the location, no crowds. We saw dolphins and even newly hatched sea turtles. »

« Beautiful house, well stocked and decorated. Quite beach and so close to the house. We got in the first night and usually go out to dinner the first night on family vacation, however the house was so amazing we didn't want t leave and opted for takeout instead. Would highly recommend and hopefully can stay here again. »

« Overall it was a wonderful spot for our girls trip. What would have made it perfect would have been more than one set of 4 utensils. Has to hand wash after every meal so basically the dish washer is useless. Lol Also another mirror besides the one in the bathroom would be an added asset, maybe a full length mirror. Girls like to see what they look like before they go out. Had a great time! »

« Enjoyed this beautiful home on Mexico Beach. Very clean, great beds, tons of tv’s, lots of seating in tv room, and well stocked Kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs to use, a great beach wagon, beach towels and an easy walk to the beach. Safe gated community with a beautiful deck area on the intercoastal water. 10/10 »
