Mesquite Oasis New Pool and Spa!


The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, Each bedroom has a TV and streaming device. The home accommodates 8 guests comfortably. The home is located in the heart of Mesquite in a private, quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to relax by the pool. It offers a large outdoor living space, private pool and hot tub it's great for some family fun. The pool is naturally warmer in the summer months. If you'd like the pool heated there will be an additional charge per day depending on ambient temps. The pool and spa are heated with propane and it can get very expensive. Heating the pool is not an option from November 1st to March 1st. There are 5 security cameras on the outside of the property. These are for security and insurance purposes. They are not viewed unless we have damage to the property or an issue we need to address. Mesquite has an abundance of sunshine and seven 'world class' championship golf courses. The city is a golf vacation destination. There are several casinos in the area with great live bands at night if you are looking for evening entertainment. Atv/utv trails are very popular as well. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.

There are no house parties or sports team parties allowed at the property. We can have no more than 12 people at the property and no more than 8 people can stay overnight. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence overnight. If you are out of compliance, a $100 fee per person per day will be applied. You may also be asked to leave the property.

Perfect Stay - Great Location. Stay Here Next Time in Mesquite
We have four couples doing some "snowbird" research - each year a new destination. Mesquite was an unexpected delight and the home was perfect for our stay. The outdoor area was well utilized the entire week - really enjoyed the putting green. Great location - short drive to everything. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

Beautiful oasis!
I recently stayed in Mesquite for my son’s football tournament. I booked here with my friend and our 14yr old sons. It was perfect! Updated house, in a friendly neighborhood, with a gorgeous backyard. Given the time of year our favorite spot in the evenings was the hot tub. Everything was 10 minutes or less away. We would definitely rent again.

This home had everything needed for a relaxing long weekend away. It is in a great neighborhood and location for Mesquite. Lindsey was very responsive when dealing with requests, not because anything was wrong, i was just needy, but she was on point! Loved the pool, putting green, hot tub, and critter watching(bunnies, quail, nothing scary). Thanks for creating such a great place to enjoy time with family and friends! We will definitely visit again!

Perfect for a golf getaway.
Four couples stayed here very comfortably and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. Came down to escape the snow and play some golf. The backyard is perfect and there is plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots and pans you will need. We will be back next year.

Well equipped home for your vacation.
The pool, hot tub, and putting green is awesome, but the outdoor living space is tremendous when you have 8 people. The beds are all comfortable, enough room for everyone to sit back and relax.

Good Experience
We were gone all day every day doing activities, so we did not get to enjoy it during the day. But it was a super quiet location, so it was easy to relax once we were back from long days out doing stuff. The beds were awesome! We will be looking to stay there again the next time we are in the area.
