* Beautiful first floor/end unit condo sleep 4 comfortably.
* Auto front door lock for simple, private, do it yourself entry.
* Laminate flooring (no carpet).
* Faces West with a beautiful sunset view.
* Two minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Eureka and Virgin River Casinos.
* Centrally located and minutes from downtown Mesquite, grocery stores, casinos and restaurants, etc.
* Check in time is 4:00pm PST
* Check out time is 10:00am PST
* Quiet end unit.
* Granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'll need for cooking.
* Small appliances include, blender, toaster, crockpot, teapot, Keurig and regular coffee pot, etc.
* 75" Samsung Smart TV with basic cable and streaming capabilities.
* Blue-ray player w/ a variety of DVDs.
* Free WIFI (network and password info are clearly displayed in condo)
* Guest controlled AC/Heat.
* Complimentary full sized washer and dryer in the condo.
* Primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan.
* Secondary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.
* One covered, reserved parking spot is included.
* Several (un-numbered and un-covered) guest spots are available throughout the complex, if you have more than one vehicle.
* Charcoal BBQs and picnic tables in and around the complex for your use.
* Front porch has a bistro table and two stools as well as a Forman Grill for your use only. Park and sunset view included!
* There is a WELCOME binder in the condo with general info such as grocery stores, coffee shops, check out instructions, etc.
* Adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, full sized basket ball court, BBQ area, covered picnic area and a children's play area.
* Complex offers RV and boat parking. If needed, please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* We cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST.

* No early check-in requests, earlier than 1:00 p.m. will be considered.
Requests will be accompanied by a $50 fee and will be approved ONLY if the cleaning crew is able to accommodate your request.

* No late check-out requests, later than 12:00pm will be considered.

* Your Pup is welcome with a non-refundable $50 (per pet) fee which will be included when you book and add your pet.

Had a great stay at your condo. A few problems with the lock on the door, but it was corrected within 15 minutes. Some of the light bulbs were not working, no big deal. Location was great, we'll be back!!

Had a hard time locating the unit owner called quickly and help guide us there. Also had an issue with sound on the tv owner showed up quickly to fix. Great place and location was perfect! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay in Mesquite, Nevada. This condo is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! No stairs was also a plus! My husband was happy not to carry all of our luggage up a bunch of stairs in the heat, as we have done so in other Mesquite condos. Debi was kind, responsive, and a joy to work with!

We booked this property for three nights during our visit to Mesquite. The condo is conveniently located in a large complex near the airport. The owners provided good directions to find the unit, which is confusing the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and items for cooking, but you'll need to bring everything else. The bed in the master is comfortable. The remote control for the television is confusing and we couldn't find directions for using it or figure it out.

Mesquite Adventure
This condo was perfect. We enjoyed great golf courses and a day trip to Zion National Park while staying at this property. The owner, Debi, provided timely and informative communication with us prior to our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had great views (including the sunset). I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Mesquite Nevada.

Cute and clean 2 bed/2bath
Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious. Kitchen had what we needed to be able to cook. Nice pots and pans. Enough dishes and silverware that we didn’t have to wash them every time we ate. The beds were super comfortable. Linens and towels were new, clean and nice. Location was great to be able to get on the freeway quick and close to stores but was tucked back enough so it felt private. Liked having the park as the front yard. Only issues we had was that the condo had a smell every time you entered it. I couldn’t quite place the smell and didn’t know if it was because they allowed dogs but then I saw neighbors smoking cigars above the unit and on the side of the unit. But once we were inside for a while you got used to the smell. The condo is not close to the pool, which the pool and sitting area are on the smaller side for how many units are in the complex. Usually was pretty crowded. Also the fitness center was not the greatest. With all of that said, I would stay here again and was probably one of the best rental properties that we have stayed in for the price.
