"Weather was so good in Madinah and best for this Umrah visit for me and my wife. I so happy with Mr. Hatim and Ms. Mawadh has help us so much and made our stay very pleasant, they were most helpful persons in hotel and always smiling to encourage to ask for help. I also in breakfast Mr. Barkat and Mr. Irfan help us a lot during breakfast every day and really take care of me and my wife."

"The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs."

It was very touching of him that he extended my check out after juma without asking him The conceirce desk were brilliant as usual.
