Our tiny home provides 360º exclusive privacy in a notorious star gazing destination.
The space
Minutes to nearby Lake Mead and Grand Canyon West- home of the Grand Canyon Sky Walk. Two hours to fabulous Las Vegas. Approximately forty-five minutes to historic Kingman, Arizona. The Grand Canyon Caverns are the largest dry caverns in the United States,
We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is well-equipped with a queen size memory foam mattress, coffee, tea, shampoo and body wash.
Surrounded with mountain views and breathtaking scenery, our tiny home is built with large glass windows in the bedroom to intake all the beauty from the comfort of your bed.
The large porch has dining seating, a fireplace with seating and a barbecue with bulb string lights overhead to enjoy the warm nights outside under the stars.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and supplies.
The gorgeous full bathroom features a rainfall shower and LED mirror.
Is there heat or AC ? We have a mini Split, since the tiny home is running on a solar system, we recommend to use the AC or heat at night to keeping you warm on those chilly Arizona nights. But please note that is does get very cold in the winter, so bring an extra pair of PJs, thermals and long johns for added warmth :)
Is there electricity? Our solar power system is fully off grid. There are a couple of places for you to plug in your beloved cell phone to get a full charge! But the system can't handle devices that need a lot of power like blow dryers.
We have a wifi satellite that you can use, the wifi speed is not a stronger as normal wifi at home.

Other things to note
NOTE: This is a complete off grid desert experience, We do not offer refunds if the battery that powers the tiny home fails, You have to be careful with the energy your using. No hairdryers, toasters, and high wattage appliances.
The tiny home is located on 100 acres lot and there is no neighborhoods around.
The roads that lead to the Tiny Home are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow. AWD vehicles are recommended, but any truck or SUV should be able to handle it. Cars can handle it slowly , but there’s a chance of getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks are expensive. We do not offer any towing service.
Our Tiny Home is set up to be off-the-grid and runs on solar power. On gloomy days, our solar batteries may not be able to charge fully. In these instances, the fridge may be inoperable. We apologize in advance, but know you can still use the fridge as a cooler. We recommend buying foods that don't spoil easily, like eggs and fruit.
Lastly, it can get very cold in the winter. Freezing cold! Please pack accordingly. Before you stay, be sure to look up the weather in Valle, Arizona. Please pack extra warm clothing (thermals and long johns) to keep warm. Refunds will NOT be issued because it’s cold out. We have no control over the weather and want to be upfront about this from the beginning.
We've provided several cozy blankets and and the Mini split heating. We've personally stayed in tiny home a snowy night and did just fine! But if you're really sensitive to the cold weather, this may not be the place for you during the winter.
It's very important for us to be upfront about all of this, as we do not want to be dinged in our reviews for things out of our control. So please be mindful that this is and was always meant to be an outdoor experience.
If a mouse, bug, or the very rare snake sighting is going to ruin your day, this may not be the place for you.
Bad weather is not an extenuating circumstance for cancellation.
