Perfect spot in middle of the Malecon
The condo is beautifully set up with all amenities & balcony on the front & back. Front patio is smaller with partial view of the ocean & sunset due to it is setback from the front of the building & is very noisy as it overlooks the Malacon but you will catch a couple of hours of direct sun in the afternoon . Back patio faces the baseball stadium but is much quieter & a perfect place to have coffee & catch the sunrise. Pool area is very clean, well kept & perfect place to relax & catch the sunset. Security 24/7 is an asset & the staff are very friendly & professional. Perfect walking distance to restaurants & OXXO’s. We will be back !
